Zero service from Vodacom online sales when trying to apply for a new contract. Still waiting for an agent by the name of Siviwe to call me with feedback for 2 weeks after submitting docs required. Not a call, not an email sms whatsapp, absolutely nothing. Wow. Just miss a payment though and they'll call non stop. Mxm pathetic really.
