UESLESS SERVICED
Since moving to Kuruman from Pretoria I have endless Network issues on my WIFI contract. Then there is coverage and then nothing. Cannot watch a series/movie without Network interruptions. Cannot make or take calls on my phone without having to move around. Been calling and calling and all I am being told is to BE PATIENT!! No one can tell me what the problem is and when they are going to fix it. Been a customer for 30years and now this terrible service. Planning to cancel and NEVER use Vodacom EVER again.. USELESS!!

18 Nov 2024, 12:13Good day, All I get is promises that someone is going to call me for over weeks now. Even if you call me all I get is a ''we are working on the problem'' or '' we will look into it''. Nothing is getting done!! I have to restart/reboot my router 6times a day just to be able to watch something on Netfilx and am lucky if it lasts for 20min. Even my Speedcheck on my phone does not reach more than 3mpbh where I was told that I am taking out a contract with at least 20mpbh. I can tell you what the problem is knowing nothing will be done about it. The coverage over the area that I reside is poor. The Network is constantly being interrupted due to I dont know what... I had Vodacom from Mokala Mall there to have a look and even now they aren't coming back to me. Call Glenda, she will tell you how many times I have reported this to her as well. ***. She works for you at the Vodashop near me..... Sent my router into Kimberley to test only to have exactly the same issues with the loan router.

20 Nov 2024, 08:34Received a call yesterday to say the reset the Network in my area. Amazingly I had full coverage since around 4pm until leaving the house at 7:30am this morning. Lets just hope it stays up. Just confused that they do not check their networks and do more frequent resets...
