U CANNOT CANCEL WITH VODACOM - WORST SERVICE EVER

I have had a contract with vodacom for over 4 years now !!!the last few months I have been trying to cancel the contract i stay on the line for hours being transferred from one dep to the next and after holding for 30-45 minutes i get cut off !!! and have to start all over again .i gave a months notice and this is not the first time - they promise that the cancellation has gone through and yet again the amount comes off my account - how is this possible !!!- i requested cancellation of this contract several times !!!- if i block the payment then my record looks bad ???what am i suppose to do - i thought the calls are recorded yet no one takes responsibilty - this is by far the worst service i have recieved anywhere and after being with vodacom sooo long - seriously what is going on are they just twiddling their thumbs there ? no requests ever seem to go through - now its like i am the bad one because i am going to have to block them from taking my money !!!- i have advised so many times and i am sick of it -again this morning i was cut off after 25minutes of being transfered from one person to the next ! come on ?....!!!!!!
