Typical service from a leading poor performer

So my father In-law has had endless issues with the pathetic customer service offered by vodacom. He was called and he wanted to cancel three of his lines and instead they were upgraded and now there is endless issues and no one can actually sort it out. After asking for recordings of the conversation this to has been denied.
