****ty service from Vodacom

the increasingly unreliable network coverage I have been experiencing in recent weeks. At random intervals—often during important calls or while trying to access essential services—the signal disappears entirely, leaving me unable to use the very service I am consistently billed for each month.

As a paying customer, I expect reliable connectivity. It is unacceptable that despite being charged—without fail—on a monthly basis, the service provided is unstable and inconvenient. This disruption affects my daily life, professional responsibilities, and personal communication. The inconsistency is not only frustrating, it is unfair.

I urge Vodacom to urgently investigate and address this recurring issue. If there are known network problems in my area, I expect to be notified and for efforts to be made to resolve them. If there are no such issues reported, then I would like an explanation as to why service interruptions continue without warning or compensation.

Next thing when we want to cancel we’re being told about contracts when we’re simple not getting the services we’re paying for because Vodacom decides to put the entire town on timeout whenever it pleases them and basically says ***** businesses and every other individual that has a contract with us. Nonsense maan!! This hasn’t happened once or twice and not three times either. Rhaa.. ngeemali zobani?

I would appreciate written feedback regarding the outcome of this complaint and what steps Vodacom will take to ensure reliable coverage going forward.

You mean the follow up call to fool while we continue to get ****ty service? This isn’t my first report nor am I the first person to report. Last time the consultant said they’d call me back after I’d specifically told them the only way I was able to reach out was because I drove out of town since the entire town had no coverage. I’ll be calling tomorrow to cancel my contracts.
