Vodacom has the most pathetic customer services call centre ever i have made 20 calls in two days still no assistance my mother has past on they want ust to pay R28000 to keep her number now that we want to just cancel its from pillar to post i am on a call now i am on hold for a good 15 minutes for a legal department to guide how to cancel out a contract. nice please do ups****ing vodacom your company is ****ty and the service is ****ty.
