****ty Network *********** Employees!!

<p>Vodacom what a ****ty network with *********** employees, have been a loyal customer for more than 12 years but I now think it's time to part ways Enough!! Okay so yesterday I checked balances which said I have 244 talking points so this morning I recharged with R55 so that can earn me 6 points which will make my total points 250 which the plan was to exchange it for 250mb data. After recharging I get an sms that said I earned 6 talking points. I then try to exchange those "now" 250 points to data, but then that wasn't happening because to my surprise I still have the 244 points the one I had yesterday before I recharged this morning. I switch my phone on & off hoping that will help update it but it didn't help. I call their customers care the *********** Bongane tells me the talking points will only be reflecting after 24 hours
