Vodacom has the worse cancellation service ever! I've been using their network for years now. I decided to take a router contract that was suppose to be unlimited , to my surprise the sales consultant sold me this contract on false information cause the contract is for 200gb. Now its been a month trying to cancel it and Ive been sent from pillar to post and they are still debiting my account and mind you the router has been sitting in the box ever since (a month now) so Im paying for services Im not using. Please don't ever take a contract with them! They will imprison you and they know that if you don't pay this will mess up your credit record. sembi vodacom!
