Dear Vodacom

Thank you for helping in escalating my query. I did receive a call from genltman from your Solutions department who advised that my problem should be resolved within 24 hours but I'm still experiencing the same problems.

I was also advised that since I have requested a migration I will have to ensure that I load airtime in order to access cellphone banking as well as any other USSD codes that require billing. I loaded R55.00 airtime and 100MB of data for that purpose and yet when I check my balances they refelct that I have R0.00 airtime and 0MB data.

I am now confused as to what I am supposed to do.

I cannot being to express my level of frustration at this point. I have been a loyal customer for more than 8 years and I have never had such problems. I live far from my family and not being able to use my cellphone banking in a great inconvenience.

I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible as I have no desire to changing my service provider but at this point I feel like it is the only option I am left with.
