Two weeks later, a ****py reply and still no action in clearing my ITC reckord!!!!

I have logged a complaint with Hellopeter (EC-0CRV-260C79 Hellopeter) about how Vodacom tarnisehd my ITC reckord...I have received a reply from a lesley at ********** which explains the obvious, but stops short of explaining what Vodacom will do/have done to rectify the matter. I have sent a reply email demanding action:

Good day Lesley

I have sent you an email via my Samsung, but have not received a reply yet. Your below explanation is not unknown to me, but it does not address the actual issues and neither does it indicate as to how Vodacom intends to rectify the matter at all!

What I am completely unsatisfied with, however, is that it is utterly unfair to penalise a client for (a) a debit order that did not go through due to circumstances beyond my control and that, after (b) I immediately rectified the matter and made an in store payment and ( c) penalise me with a R100 debit order reinstatement fee after payment was effected and and on top of that (d) have a computer system automatically flag me on ITC as a defaulted payer (still active to date!!!!!), and that for a lousy R100.

Your own system documents indicate that (a) the R100 was collected and (b) no payment is in arrears for 90+ days, yet my ITC profile with Trans Union is still blemished. This is unacceptable.

This silly matter has cost my business enough financial damage. I demand that Vodacom (a) send me a written letter indicating that my account is not in arrears and (b) clear my reckord with ITC (Trans Union) immediately and send me proof of such instruction to Trans Union.

Vodacom must send me proof that this matter is rectified, within 4 working days, failure to do so, I will escalate the matter further!

Morne van Schalkwyk
PM-BEI

...and to date still no reply or action to resolve this matter...this is utterly unaceptable!...where is the public pretector when you need her?
