Two Sony Xperia Z3 in two Months

Received a call from Wayne, regarding my previous complaint who advised that he will send an email with a contact number to arrange a loan phone or escalate the repair of my phone. I found out my phone has been sent to Rustenburg, it is in transit and will probably only reach Rustenburg on Wednesday as Tuesday is a public holiday. Why has my phone been sent to Rustenburg when I live in Pretoria? No effort from Benjamin in providing a solution while I sit without a phone. I just have to wait until the phone has been assessed. Well done Vodacom. Just making me more frustrated and tempted to move all my contracts to a different service provider.
