Two shining lights at Vodacom

It remains unfortunate that dealing with certain individuals at Vodacom remains an unpleasant experience BUT I recently have been privileged to have been assisted by two exceptional individuals, both of whom have provided services of a very high standard.

Firstly, I need to compliment and thank Ms Ntokoza Banda of Vodacom Ballito Lifestyes Centre. Her friendly and patient assistance was so helpful, and she remained so positive and professional at all times; she would be a credit to any organisation. Thanks so much, Ntokoza.

I received a follow-up call regarding the same matter, and once again I was impressed by the quality of the person and help provided. Thank you too, Dyllan Canterbury; you are a real gentleman and professional, and I'm appreciative of your assistance.
