Two People Sharing One Number:-(

<p>My cousin is sharing a number with someone else. When she went to Vodacom shop in Pinetown, Durban, she was told they could not help her as the other person was not answering the phone when they called. Since last year 2016 till now, some of her calls are going through to that person, she is very frustrated, not knowing what to do anymore :-(</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Dear Client

I called the number provided and it was confirmed that there is no issue. I would suggest that your cousin takes her sim card to any Vodacom approved dealer for an assessment.

It is not possible for two people to share the same number.

Kind regards
