two months later and still no phone.

Bought a Samsung S4 Mini from Vodacom at Cycad, Plk in March. Phone was insured in-store.
On the 13th October phone gets lost. I obtain a case number, insurance forms are filled out & I'm told that the S4 mini is discontinued & given other alternatives up to R5000. Picked the Sony M4 Aqua, I'm told there will be a top-up fee of R1400 for it. I enquire about this fee because it falls within the range covered by the policy. No answer. I was told that the phone is out of stock, back order will take 4 weeks. I enquire about the phone, they're still waiting for stock. I enquire AGAIN 2 weeks later, same story. Call *** on the 1st Dec & enquire about my claim, was told that they hadn't received paperwork from the store. Go to the store and the agent says she will place the order the next day. I call & the agent tells me there's an M4 available at the Mall of the North, they're sorting out the paperwork. Hours later they call to say I'm not legible for the M4, my options are the J1 & Grand Neo +, the value of these phones is below the retail value of the S4.

Please sort this out, this is unacceptable. the date is now the 4th of Dec 2015,2 months later & I still don't have a phone.
