Two complaints and no feedback from Vodacom

Two complaints later on Hellopeter and still no feedback after the initial response (*** & ***). Empty promises for feedback and nothing received thus far. Hellopeter should reclassify Vodacom as a company that does not respond. I am still unable to port my number away from Vodacom due to their various departments and even a Vodashop not having access to their new C3D systems. Well done Vodacom...
