Twitter Customer Care?

You would think in this century, that the mobile network who holds the market share in South Africa is capable of job creation by employing teams remotely to answer emails. Except there are no email addresses to send anything to! Numbers only...

I would call, except I just moved to the United States and I don't see why I have to pay loads of money to hold on for an operator to assist me, just to get it wrong anyway. Like my address that still hasn't been updated for 3 years

I have been trying to resolve a query on twitter messaging! What a joke. I would like to have my roaming activated so that I can receive texts.

ALSO AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ME TO SEND DOCUMENTS... ASKING CUSTOMERS TO SEND DOCUMENTS ON TWITTER IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

please don't actually try to call me on my South African number, email me.... the details are on your system because you still send the invoices to that address.
