Turn around time, please let Vodacom update

Hello Peter,

I'm surprised about Vodacom, I sent you a review regarding my query and they got back saying they'll contact me but only to find out I got an email enquiring about the feedback and that I should rate their service and that can I recommend Vodacom.

This people are they swearing or spitting on my face. I'm still waiting for one of the consultant to call or send me an email regarding my query... Now the sale that they have there by Game is coming to an end and I really need a phone. I sent all the documents that shows that I don't owe this guys. Can they clear my name and refund me my money, if it gets to it, I rather cancel everything and find another contract somewhere else....
