TSL legal services and Vodacom
My Vodacom account was in behind and was listed at tlc legal services.I paid my Vodacom account in full and I received my pay-up letter and they told me that they will ask Vodacom to take it off my ITC report and it will take 30 days.I phone TLC legal services a couple of times to tell them it's still on my report and again they told me they will send them an email to take it off my ITC report.I also contact Vodacom and they said it off my ITC report and it's showing I'm behind and I don't pay my account.Please can u take it off my ITC report

26 Sept 2024, 12:30Ok good, but when I paid my account in full,they said that they will send it to the credit bureaus to take it off.Why can't Vodacom from their side also let credit bureaus know that their client paid their account .
