Trying to upgrade, no response at all
I am due for an upgrade and I'm trying to constantly reach someone to renew my contract but nothing is working.
I have tried calling many times and I never get to a representative. then I tried the online chat and the lady really didn't know what she was talking abot and didn't have access to email (!)
I just want to reach someone to do my upgrade!!!
