Trying to Upgrade for more than a month

I am so disappointed with Vodacom Upgrades. Dealing with Vodacom has given me rage because you don't get answers, and when you phone them, and sit in the queue for 20mins to speak to a consultant, (if you don't get cut off) only to be advised of surprise surprise ANOTHER delay, or ANOTHER detail that wasn't captured correctly.

I have been trying to upgrade my contract since 6 July 2020. After the first phone call to Upgrades I was so excited to get my brand new iPhone after mine was damaged in a car accident. I thought the delivery took a bit long so I phoned upgrades again, only to be told that the upgrade was cancelled as there is a new model of the iPhone 6 getting delivered soon. So yet again I spoke to an upgrades consultant who took "all" the details, and was then told to wait 3-4 weeks for the stock to arrive. So I phoned again after that, wondering where on earth my phone is, only to be told that the address was not completely captured. so I again gave my full delivery address, and was assured my phone would be arriving within the next week. Nothing happened. No phone. So again I phoned upgrades and was then told that the courier company couldn't find the address, therefore the parcel is on its way back to Vodacom, and the upgrade will be cancelled. I requested for a manager to phone me back because now honestly this is ridiculous - of course no one did.

So again, I phoned upgrades after I received an sms which requested a confirmation of the upgrade and a delivery re-confirmation - so I rep**** - the msg then said invalid reply please phone 082135 for client services. which I then did. I spoke to another upgrades consultant on 7 Aug and she again took all the details correctly (I hope) and I was assured the phone will be delivered today, 11 August. Surprise surprise, courier companies have come and gone, and still no Vodacom.

So today I spoke to another upgrades consultant, and have now been told that there is no more stock, and the stock is only arriving on 21 August.

I am at a loss for words. I am a manager in my company, the other managers are laughing at me for the terrible service I am getting at Vodacom, and at the state of my phone - the screen is smashed to bits it is literally disintegrating everytime I touch the screen.

I am very sorry, but this is unacceptable. I am just trying to upgrade. Please, if there is a manager at Vodacom please please please can you help me.
