trying to port back to vodacom

can someone help me really!!! I have been trying to port back to Vodacom with no luck. call centre keeps on telling me stories. They told me I should wait for 2 months before porting back to Vodacom from another network which I did and when I told them I am still unable to port as I get a message to contact them they said they are logging a call for someone to investigate. I haven't heard anything from them for weeks now.
