trying to over charge
Booked my phone in for repair, still under warranty, two weeks later they informed me that it was not a warranty repair and it would cost me over R3500. asked for my phone back, received it, took it upstairs for repair cost R550 and took two days. so much for the advance repair centre,

The Vodacom Repair process needs to be followed whereby you will need to book the handset in at any Vodacom repair store. They also adhere to the warranty terms and conditions as set out by the manufacturer.
