Trying to get through to Vodacom customer care

I've been trying to get to Vodacom to talk to a consultant, I tried 100, 135 and all of them can't seem to be able to get me to talk to a consultant. The best they can do on 135 is to send me to a Robot to chat with. So disappointing.

I've been using Vodacom since 2003, if I keep experiencing this my loyalty is about to end.
