Trying to get contract!

<p>I did have a Vodacom contact on a tablet and it was paid up and cancelled end of August 2016. Now I am trying to get 'n new contract at Vodacom but want to use my Cell C prepaid sim card but according to Vodacom they can't give me a contract because of that old number (contract) that is still on my name, but fully paid up and already on prepaid as per their statistics. They say sorry I can't have another contract with Vodacom. So what they say is that every single person on this earth can only have one contract per service provider??????!!!!! I have contact so many people (Vodacom service departments) today to try solving this matter and every time I'm just going throught to the next operator to hear the same story over and over again! I'm on the edge to take this matter to the Beeld Tot u diens services. This is totally pathetic!!!</p>
