Trying to get a responce from vodacom as to why they deducted money from my account without me having any sort of vodacom contract in place have proved absolutely impossible

This is now my 4th post on this website, further that that I have probibly made more that 50 calls and sent numerous emails, however there is just absolutely no one who responds to anything. What happened was one thing, but not getting any sort of feedback as to why it happened or exactly what the error was that was made is just pathetic and rediculous. I will post my previous 3 posts below, the rest should speak for itself......

3rd post:

Totally totally useless and pathetic!!!!!!! Vodacom deducted more than R15 000.00 out of my account, without any nitice, without me even having a vodacom contract... I have now been trying to get hold of someone to tell me why this happened and why I was not notified of the fact that they took my money ********ly without attempting to make any sort of contact with me beforehand for 2 weeks now. Nobody ever calls back, nobody ever responds, nothing.... Now I recieve an invoice for the money that I had to go and reverse at the bank, at my own cost, fort a mistake that they had made. This is seriously absolutely pathetic!!!! I have posted my 2 previous complaints with regards to this problem below, however still absolutely no feedback whatsoever, just their standard message saying they will respond.

2nd post:

I posted the below review on this website in order to try and get some answers why vodacom deducted more than R15 000 from my bank account ********ly, without any prior notice, without me even having an account with vodacom. I then recieved an email from a senior cunsultant named Luigi asking me to provide him with some backround as to what had happened etc. However it seems as though vodacom does not care if they ***** money out of people's accounts as I thaught that I would at least have some feedback as to why they deducted the money out of my account. I have also now been waiting a week for a call from a supervisor as to what had happened and why it happened. Unfortunately it seems that the people at vodacom responding to these posts are as useless as the people running their accounts. Thank you Luigi for not giving me any feedback at all. So the case sits like this, Vodacom took more than R15 000 out of my account although I do not owe them a single sent. They then made it my problem to reverse the debit orders at the bank and carry the costs of all the banking fee's. To date I still do not know why they took the money out of my account, without any notice at all. This is absolutely rediculous!!!!! See below my previous post that had absolutely no feedback

1st post

I recieved an sms from vodacom that my payment of R15 734.32 does not reflect and that I need to make payment urgently. I immediately phoned in as I know that I have no payment outstanding. After arguing with me for 10 minutes the lady who assisted me checked my account and saw that I had no payments outstanding and that everything was up to date, that vodacom made an error. She then told me that vodacom already put the debit order through to the bank, and that I had to stop it myself at the bank. I asked her what the reason was that vodacom would deduct R15 734.32 from my bank account, and she told me she did not know, but would escalate the matter to her supervisor. I was promised that the supervisor would phone me back, however that never happened. I would like to know from vodacom: 1. what error was made in order for them to decide to deduct R15 734.32 ********ly from my account 2. Why was I not contacted before the debit order was sent through to the bank? Surely if there are monies outstanding someone is supposed to phone or send an email or sms asking when payment would take place before money is just deducted from my account 3. Why did I not recieve a call from the supervisor as promised giving me the answers to the above two questions 4. What will be done to ensure this error is not made again 5. Will vodacom be responsible for the bank charges that I have occured due to their error
