Trying to close a Vodacom Phone

I need to cancel a phone number on my contract, when I send a mail to Vodacom, its rejected, when I tried to use their online chat I get the message that its closed, We're Currently Closed Thank you for reaching out! Our online sales team is currently unavailable. 📅 Working Hours: Mon-Fri days 🕒 Hours: [8:00 AM – 5:00 PM SAST] 📅 : Sat-Sun days 🕒 Hours: [9:00 AM – 2:00 PM SAST] at 135:55 on Wednesday, but this is the same for most of the Web Sites / Apps from Vodacom
