Trying To cancel Expired Contract

Fist tried Sandton Branch,{Rude and Unhelpful},Tried *** but this goes to an "open" line but nobody talks to you.I dont want anybody to contact me,just cancel the contract and notify me by SMS or e e mail.It is unacceptable the contract is automatically extended after expiry date and is simply ******** or at the very least very very *********.
