trying to apply for contract but vodacom poor?!!!

I have tried many time applying for contact one net express,but vodacom seem not to resolve issue,ref no: ***2,and computer say : Vodacom Account Not Conducted in a orderly manner and not in a satisfactory manner poor payer,i alway paid my account o time,but I sent email to ceo,app**** many times,but n account manager contact me a yet,only leed created,one agent advice . Wait for 4 month,i f like leaving vodacom after so man years I have been with them
