Trying from MTN pre paid to Vodacom contract

I App**** to port my MTN pre paid number to a Vodacom business contract (in my business name) on the 9th of March 2015. The contract was approved a few days later-however 11 days later on the 19th of March my number has not been ported and I am still on the MTN network.... Vodacom are sending me welcome sms messages to their network while I am still on MTN ! And I received an sms today saying that my account will be debited tonight on th e19th of March ! I am getting no assistance from both Hyde park and vodacom customer care...
