Trisha Ngozowana renewed my confidence in Vodacom
I stay in a remote tourist town in Mpumalanga. We attract tourist from all over the world and our town was declared a Provincial Heritage Site as we are a living museum. One would think that being the second town in South Africa to get electricity after Kimberly we would have reliable connection.
For the most part of the year I was frustrated by the unreliable internet connection and being a student who studies online it was really frustrating. I was certain that I would not be renewing my contract come the 7th of October and would migrate to another network.
I've been in back and forth contact with Vodacom since the 7th of September and was sent from pillar to post until I called in today, the 28th September 2021. I was assisted by Miss Trisha Ngozwana who was unfortunately bore the brunt of my fury, may God bless her soul.
In short she apologised on behalf of Vodacom and that's all I wanted. Someone to acknowledge my frustration and address it.
Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
