Triple Heart Bypass reason for non-service from Vodacom

On Sunday 9 October 2016 my husband upgraded 2 of his contracts online. On Monday 10 October 2016 he was admitted to Cardio ICU after he sufferred a heart attack. On Tuesday morning, after I phoned RAM Couriers and explained to them that the delivery can't be accepted due to my husband being in hospital, the delivery was sent anyway. Collegeaues from his office phoned and I had to explain that the parcels should be returned.

On my husband's return after having a triple heart bypass operation, I have spent the last week on the phone with Vodacom (I am sure I've spoken to every single department at least once) for at least 2 hours a day to try and resolve the issue, whether it is to cancel and re-apply or to have the initial upgrades delivered. It seems that the department responsible for helping in such matters has disappeared from the face of the earth. Every person I speak to has full understanding for my fustration but then confirms that they are not the correct department to assist. I am given a new number to phone and wait for at least 20 minutes before someone answers with the same story!

My husband and I ever drove to our nearest branch but they could not assist either since the order was placed online.

It seems that one is not allowed to have a heart attack after ordering a phone from Vodacom, the complete order and the department working with it dissapears while you are hospitalised.

Another week has passed with no resolution to the problem. Vodacom is not serious about client service at all!!!! I wonder how fast they will act when I stop paying for this terrible service?
