Tried to get a new contract

I went to the Nicolway Vodacom store today to take out a new contract. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was very helpful! But he then handed me over to a gent named France who seemed like he was pulling teeth trying to assist me. Whilst sitting there he was busy so I got given an application form to fill in which I did and sat waiting. While sitting there I heard numerous staff complaining that the site was down. France then came back and I handed over all my documentation to him while he went online and completed my details. I previously had a contract with Vodacom which is why I decided to use them again (Although I had issues in the past but decided to stay). France then asked me what I wanted and I said the Samsung S8 and I started asking about the different contracts to which he handed me the brochure, when I was asking questions about the contracts he seemed very uninterested in my business and told me to revert to the brochure. This was annoying as I had a ton of questions and wanted a professional opinion not from a brochure otherwise I could have gone online. After all of this he looked at me and said sorry the system is down and I cannot help you, I then told him I had been there for 45 minutes and was there no way of him calling Vodaworld as I had taken time off work and he then turned to his phone while I sat there and when I looked at him he looked up and said I cannot help you. I then told him that I would take my business elsewhere and he looked very calm and collected about that. If I were in his shoes (as I deal with clients everyday and the client is your number 1) I would have taken my form and called me when the system was back online. I have had enough of being treated so badly when I am giving you business. This is shocking, I would prefer to take my business to a provider that actually wants my business.
