Treating Customers Fairly ...... I dont think so!

I took a Flexi 200 uChoose contract with Vodacom on the 8th of December 2014 at maponya mall 4u shop with the help of a consultant by the name Ms Lindile Ngwenya , she offered me an IPhone 6 of which I took cause I wanted the phone , she then pitched to give me insurance and I agreed to it after she sold it to me and told me that I’m on band 7 meaning I can claim for any phone to the value of 15000 with a small excess fee and I agreed to pay R275 per month for the insurance only to learn after an attempt to claim for a new phone that it’s not a Vodacom insurance but Cell sure , I spoke to Mr Israel Pule from cell sure and before he could advise on the excess amount I need to pay Ms Nicole Hauser took the phone to announce the fee of R2000 that I need to pay and telling me I’ve got nothing to do except pay it as the contract stipulates , a contract that I still don’t have from cell sure as I only knew that I had Vodacom insurance not a different insurer ,later on Friday I went to the outlet where I purchased my phone only to be told by Mr Thomas Ramositwe that I need to pay more than what I was prepared to pay R2000 and Wil****d the consultant helping me was surprised at the amount I needed to pay looking at the band I am at .

I feel hard done by Vodacom first for selling me this pathetic insurance for them to earn nice commission.

I have never received a policy document nor have I ever received any documents stating the excess amounts.

This was also never explained to me, I would have been better off saving the R275 per month and replacing the screen myself.

I would like a copy of your internal complaints procedure and the contact details of your arbitrator.

Please also advise how legally I did not received a policy document or the excess amounts. Also, I would like to know why this is not explained to me at purchase stage.
