Treating Customers Fair Code _FAIS
I have changed my banking details in November 2013 via email to Vodacom from FNB to Capitec. A few months later my phone didn't work so I phoned Vodacom call centre who informed me that my simcard has been blocked due to unpaids. I received my sms notifications every month that my premium went through. Turns out, my banking details was never changed. Just to stay connected with my boss, I inserted a CellC simcard while trying to sort out my Vodacom account. Suddenly the CellC card didn't work either. Phoned Vodacom once again who now informed me that my device has now been blocked, I have been handed to the credit bureau and suddenly Nimble Collections started hassling me from before 6 in the morning till what time of the night. My arrears was R4800 and after being handed to Nimble it went up to R6800. I paid the R4800 directly to Vodacom. Fought some more to get the device off from the blackllisting, etc. Screaming, crying etc. October 2014 all was sorted. Now I found out that my contract has been reduced from TopUp 200 to Uchoose Flexi 100, I was due for upgrade October 2014 and I am now on a monthly contract. All without my knowledge. Now I can't upgrade or increase. Crimen Inj
