Treated unfairly about my phone

I m still waiting as they said I must wait for consultant to call me in due course of which is when 6 months.?

May they give me a new phone as they are the ones who break my phone I don't need a fix phone Bcos they treated me unfairly from the 8th Oct n today is the 7th Dec without phone n they don't care about me they don't have any decensy to call me n I m paying insurance what game are they playing or because I m quite they think I don't know my rights?3 months without phone
