Yo Vodacom ! Imagine encouraging merchants to whatsapp the business number and then not ever replying. Oh , you know what's the best part? Your merchant call center that doesn't answer any calls just past 4:30pm on a Friday
What's the point of doing business with you guys if this is the level of service you get .
