Trash customer service!!!

Vodacom contact centre is absolute bull**** .I've called in numerous times , and a girl can never get assistance. This is the second time around im calling and the agents drops the call "due to my slience* first time around Lerato did it , and now I just waited in the Que for ten minutes only for Lefa to say "Vodacom customer hello , can you hear me" When I could clearly hear him on the other , the line was absolutely crystal clear!! So guess I the joke is on me!! What's the point of having consultants if they can't adhere to customer complaints , like where is the customer service???? And the network is failing dismally!!! I'm am fed up!!!!!
