Transfer of Vodacom number from business to private or new business

I have left my previous company where I used to be one of the directors and started a new PTY LTD. I have tried for approximately 2 months to transfer my number and current cellphone account from a business account. I currently have private accounts with Vodacom as well. We have tried Business to Business, then Business to Personal, then again Business to Business, we are now back at Business to personal. We have completed all documentation and I provided a number of letters on the old company letter heads with the necessary authority, without any luck. I have been to the Vodacom shop at Brooklyn daily for the last month and half, and they have tried to transfer the account, but nothing seems to happen on the Vodacom end, I even concidered closing the account. Who is to blame, the Vodacom shop is blaming Vodacom? I have been spending hours on the phone. I was told by the vodacom customer care to sent mail to the complaints email address, but this all got rejected, I have tried different variations on these mail addresses, none of them worked, all mail got rejected. What should I do next?
