Transfer of ownership PATHETIC

Account holder passed away of number ********** 050, the debit order bounced on Friday, 30/09/2016. On Wednesday I did get another reminder to make payment. To update Vodacom on the process and that we are transfering all accounts, I notified them of the passing of my father (account holder) and spoke to a Zoliswa, just like that service suspended, no service coverage no warning sms notification NOTHING. Immediately I went to Vodacom Kolonnade branch to make payment R807.00, although the total is only R806.19 (I have a photo of my slip) on Thursday 06/10/2016 at 16:35, two employees stated, "just pay, and the line will open up" nothing about documentation that needs to be submitted to Vodacom. After nearly 24 hours passed, still no service. Phoned the ********** and ********** number, and only then received information about he documentation needed for the process. Immediately I sent through ALL of the documentation at 09:58 to ********** . I waited till 15:00 on Friday 07/10/2016, still no refernece number received from Vodacom. Again I phoned ********** , stated that they did not receive any email from me??? Told me to send it again so I did, I also sent documentation to ********** I phoned again on 15:22 to make sure they received it being told they cannot check the inbox. Today I phoned on 10/10/2016 at 09:58 AGAIN spoke to a Nobile and apparently her supervisor Zolile, PATHETIC service. Vodacom was very eager to take my money on Thursday 06/10/2016 but now, to assist me with this task nobody can properly help me with tha transfer of ownership. I have sent through ALL my information three times already, how many more times will I have to send it again in order to be properly assisted by employees that are knowledgeable about the process? I cannot understand how nobody can assist me, I am grieving about the loss of a dearly loved family member now I also have to struggle with tasks like this...Vodacom please help me. Or the choice will be easier to end a more that 10year contract relationship with you!
