Transfer of ownership

Good day, Vodacom opened a contract under my name instead of my nephew. I tried doing a transfer of ownership without success. I went to the shop, and I was told the matter will be resolved till today nothing has been fixed. I am not happy at all because this affect my credit score and it seems like no one from Vodacom is willing to assist I don't want anything to do with Vodacom just move the contract to its rightful owner.
