Transfer of Ownership

I have a Vodacom cell phone contract for the last 5 + years , My brother is taking over the contract , this we needed to do a transfer of ownership. We went to the Vodashop at Value Mart Rustenburg , on the 17th of October , but even now the contract is reflecting on my name. I am getting no service from the staff of this Vodashop , the supervisor is blaming the admin clerk , Vodacom call Centre is no help at all. Can someone who at least likes to do his job please assist me with the matter?
