Transfer of contract - retaining same cell number
20 June 2015 a new contract was approved by Vodacom Mokopane (R999.00 x 24). MTN contract cancelled - retained number on pay as you go at MTN as Vodacom advised. This process would take 48 hours according to Vodacom to port - 13 days later and I am still on MTN pay as you go. If I knew this would be the kind of service I will receive from Vodacom, I would have renewed my contract with MTN in stead. The service is pathetic!!!
