Transaction failed
Firstly, I will never leave Vodacom because their service is the best & when I have problems, they always fix it & more. I'm just concerned now because this morning, using the Vodacom App, I was offered 200 vodabucks if I recharge my airtime or buy a data bundle for R150 or more. I followed the steps as I always do & purchased R150 airtime through vodapay & my bank. The transaction, under ORDER DETAILS shows that it Failed, however Vodacom still deducted R150 off my bank account. I wasn't recharged with R150 & obviously never received my vodabucks
