Toy laptop

Yesterday 20 feb 2019 at 16h30 i took a laptop deal. Just before shop was closing. I went home unpacked and whalala no dvd rom . Switch on and it takes forever . Finally got programms with a battle installed and again whala thought okay it wil work. Guess again laptop freezes on program printer and cash draw doesnt want to work. Laptop is plastic and be carefull not to touch keybord to hard cause it bends. Phone dealer to cancel as it is not even 24 hours later but yuess again. Sowi mam u will have to pay over R10 000 on this piece of **** in 3 years. Laptop aint even going to make 6 months of poor quality. What happend to 7 day return policy if you not happy. Frustrated as I am no one of vodacom can help me. Hello peter is not going to solve my problem either but I jope people think about taking up a contract deal. Laptop quality is worst than a play toy laptop
