Toxic Vodacom Harassment
After repeated calls to and from Vodacom with a simple request to cancel contracts due for expiration, I am actually frustrated with the amount of continuing harassment from them through numerous following calls either requesting reason why I'm choosing to opt out or offering me other options. I will in future advise my network not to use Vodacom or any of its services. I would request from this day that I am removed completely from their databases.
