Towers with no back-up batteries

Hello Peter, I tried to email Vodacom but their email address for general enquiries is out of order? The Vodacom tower in my area has no back-up power supply in case of a power failure. Resulting in a complete loss of signal during load shedding and other power failures. I have 2 factories and written proof of loss of income because of this. Many other businesses in the area has the same complaint. Could someone please advise me on steps to take from here on
