Vodacom promised tower in scarborough area, red hill.... we were told, that our tower that is highly needed will take 6 to 18 month to be built. unacceptable for a community that is waiting for years to get connected...(reliable connection, the present one is unreliable and fails every 2 minutes, Vodacom that is)
