Tower Generator noise
Hello I have a complaint regarding a vodacom tower that is next to my house at Mamelodi east ext 5, the generator usually kicks as soon as the is no electricity but nowadays it's just kicks in even if we have electricity My problem is that I am unable to sleep and I am now suffering from tension headache and migraines due too lack of sleep, as I am writing this complaint it's the third day since this thing is on and no technician or engineer came to switch it off. PLEASE HELP MY HEAD IS GOING TO EXPLODE WITH THIS NOISE!!!!!!!!!!!! It's currently 2am as I'm writing

So as for feedback regarding the Generator, it is still running and making noise, some technicians came but instead of them switching it off the refueled the diesel so meaning it won't go off so we going to a third week and the Generator is still running,
If where I am staying was an urban area this was going to be attended to quickly.
Vodacom please come and switch the generator off PLEASE
