Tower generator creating excessive noise

Note that since Wednesday the 6th May 2015, a trailer generator has been erected in our street 50meters from our complex, this has been generating such excessive noise that I've been a mumbling idiot at work from sleep deprivation. It is now Day 3, and the vibrations are grinding through me with a nerve wrecking drone. On a psychological level i am feeling psychotic and physically i am now a wreck, on a previous occasion this went on for weeks on end in the background, it is closer now, last night i had to find the quietest corner in the house and sleep on the floor to find some form of sanity, earplugs is of no use when the walls and floors are vibrating. Why is there a guard sitting next to this trailer? and why is this trailer placed as to obscure the number plate? For how long will this continue? Please make this stop / go away <br>
