tower down - no response on when it will be repaired

I have been attempting to get a response on a complaint e mail for weeks now ? I don't know why anyone would stay with them - just cant seem to get help ? although they recognise there is a problem - I just go round in circles - a local tower was struck by lightning in December and I am still waiting to find out if it will ever be repaired

One week later and I was told I would be contacted in due course .Obviously a week later and DUE COURSE isn't the same in Vodacom's world than mine - So now how to get a tower fixed ?
